Key Features

  • Versatile Usage: The HWP-Grapplesaw can seize and cut almost anything — making it useful for moving logs, clearing brush, or loading wood into outdoor boilers.
  • Single-Operator Operation: The HWP-Grapplesaw attaches to your machine, allowing one person to pick up, move, and cut logs and brush.
  • Simple Controls: Connecting to your existing hydraulic controls, the HWP-Grapplesaw can be used with joystick or foot pedal controls like any other attachment.
  • On-the-Go Convenience: Simply attach the HWP-Grapplesaw to your machine and take it wherever you need it.
  • Direct Loading: Save time by eliminating the need for additional handling — move logs and brush directly into your truck, trailer, or boiler.
  • Quick Attach/Detach Mounting: Effortlessly attach and detach the grapplesaw to your skid steer, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.

How It Works

  1. Pick up the logs with the grapple.
  2. Position the logs to the correct length.
  3. Engage the chain swathe to cut the log.
  4. Release the cut logs.
  5. Pick up the cut logs and recut as needed.
